Karl Avallone has been a builder in the Hamptons for almost 30 years. His work has been featured in such prestigious magazines as Metropolitan Home, Better Homes & Gardens.  He specializes in modern & traditional design. Karl believes investing in a home renovation is one of the best investments one can make, not only financially but one to improve the homeowner’s quality of life. He also can help clients create their dream home. Karl cultivates long term relationships with his clients, many of whom entrust him with the ongoing maintenance of their homes.

One of Karl’s hobbies is turning custom pens out of exotic woods and other materials. His father Sylvester Avallone was a very well respected master carpenter and cabinet maker. His uncle Gabriel Avallone was a well known local architect. His grandfather, Joseph Avallone was first French hornist with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra in the 1930’s and 1940’s, which did woodworking in his down time.  As you can see, Karl comes by his talents naturally.
